just got this in the mail! I have a little profile in the new issue of Communication Arts magazine, thanks to the CA team. here's some pics.

I've always been a type nerd, so I was super stoked when this opportunity came along. the cool folks at Riney asked me to design the type treatment on the photographs of their exes for Shots magazine. the copy is written by Kevin Roddy to explain the nature and philosophy of the agency. I think co-designer Patricia Hom and I did a pretty good job, and the best part is they are gonna be in the Communication Arts Design annual! so ADs Bring on the type!

a recent illustration for Inc magazine's April issue, for an article about the recent trend in business of adding Chief Costumer Officer CCO to the top executives bunch, CEO, CFO etc. I actually sent in the idea as a joke, it's like adding a Beatle, the AD loved the idea and so here it is, thanks Sarah!

been a while, can't believe it's almost the second month of 2012, had a tough time last year going through the passing of my dad after a long and brave fight against cancer. thanks to all my friends that's been there for me, and hope everybody have a great
