2009!

one of my new year resolutions is to work on more graphic design projects. here is an identity design I did last year in collaboration with designer Butter, for the talented Eugene Fuller, who is a musician, director and writer. check out his site here.

the alphabet pop-up book I bought has finally arrived! it's such a beautifully engineered and designed book, love it!

an illustration I did for the new yorker couple of weeks ago, Max Bode asked me to do a piece on music in general, and I had a lot of freedom, thanks Max.

a recent illustration I did for Langone Medical Center in NYC. the story is about the research they led to decode the genome for species of Malaria. thanks to Rob Hewitt for art directing the illo.

here is a project I did for Bicycling & Mountain Bike magazine, the article gives you tips and advice on handling different stages of the fat-fighting process. Erin Benner is the art director, great to work with.

here 's a book i made in my last term at Art Center-- my portfolio titled failed soccer player. thanks to David Tillinghast and Rob Clayton, i'm pretty happy with how the book turned out, such a fun, frustrating and rewarding experience!
