a spread for last month's playboy jazz festival at the Hollywood bowl, AD Fred Fehlau did a great job on the typography. didn't know godzilla is so much fun to draw.

this beautifully designed magazine just arrived at my door. Popshot is a poetry & illustration magazine that pairs each poem written to a theme with an illustrator's interpretation, this issue's theme is Liberate, and here's my contribution to Steven Uttley's poem Pretence. thanks to Jacob Denno for the opportunity and the freedom on the project.
